ELEKTRES was founded in Sakarya, Turkey in 2009 by four professionals who decided to respond to the needs of the sector, and combine their knowledge and experience to create a high quality low and high voltage industrial power resistors manufacturing company.

In the beginning, the biggest wealth of ELEKTRES was the know-how, dexterity, experience and the most important of all, enthusiasm of its founders.

The company started by making braking resistors, motor control resistors, load banks and panel heaters, and in short time became one of the industry-leading manufacturers of these products. In 2013, the annual sale of braking resistors reached 30.000 pieces.
Having participated in countless projects, we gained experience and our load banks became a benchmark for other manufacturers in Turkey. In the second half of 2014, we expanded our product range with Neutral Grounding Resistors.

In order to comply with customer expectations and sector’s demand our R&D department is continuously working on new products, and aims at doubling our product range over the next 2 years.
We are one of the few Turkish companies in the industry which have managed to bring their products to foreign markets. Today, we not only export to fifteen countries all over the world, including Germany, England, The Netherlands, France and Hungary, but also have distributors in Italy, Northern Iraq and Iran.

By participating in national and international fairs, ELEKTRES has had a chance to present its quality to professionals coming from all corners of the world.
