Since quality is our priority, every single employee, from a blue-collar worker to the general manager, strives to ensure that the products we make are of the highest standards.

In 2011, two years after the company was founded, we were accredited with ISO 9001:2008 quality management standards. In the same year, our braking resistors and panel heaters were the first of these kinds of products in Turkey to comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC and receive the EC Declaration of Conformity (CE).

We are conscious of the environment and place great importance on reducing our ecological footprint. In 2013, our operating site was certified with the environmental management system standard ISO 14001:2004.

Moreover, we strive to create a supportive work environment and ensure work safety, and, in 2013, we obtained the BS OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management certificate.

Our R&D team, who has broad knowledge of international standards, uses various computer simulation software to create the most efficient and long-lasting design. All materials and components we use are carefully chosen and assembled by experienced manufacturing staff. All products made by Elektres are subjected to relevant tests to make sure that they meet the standards required.

In order to guarantee authenticity, each product is given a serial number. It is possible to determine when, how and by whom it was produced, what the results of the initial and final tests were and by which company it was purchased. All the products are sent together with a test report and an operation and maintenance manual.

Unfortunately, the elegant visual appearance and user-friendly design of our products attract imitators. The counterfeit products, despite bearing a visual resemblance, are of a much lower quality than the original ones. We are grateful to all the customers who do not want to compromise their systems and put at risk their reputation, and choose to purchase our products.
